No Hardware or Device Sales We do NOT sell, lease, ship, or courier physical hardware, including thermal POS printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, or EDC card swipe machines.

No Physical Paper Consumables We do NOT package or ship thermal paper rolls, barcode labels, ink ribbons, or packaging stationery. Merchants procure standard rolls locally.

No Doorstep Technician Installation Visits We do NOT deploy physical technicians for doorstep wiring, printer installation, or local maintenance. Setup is 100% digital and self-serve within 30 seconds. Merchants connect third-party hardware via standard wireless Bluetooth or USB OTG.

Service Access & Operating Requirements

To access and utilize the electronically delivered software services, the merchant requires:

An Android smartphone or tablet running Android 8.0 or higher, OR a computer/laptop with a modern web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari).
Standard internet connectivity for periodic cloud backup, real-time multi-device sync, and subscription renewal verification.
Compatible third-party Bluetooth or USB thermal receipt printers (standard ESC/POS protocol) if physical paper receipt printing is desired.

Delays in Service Provisioning & Escalation SLA

In rare circumstances involving inter-bank reconciliation pauses, network timeouts, or payment gateway delays, account provisioning may take up to two (2) hours. If your account status does not update automatically within two hours of payment completion:
